How quickly will I receive my photos and media?

Most photography and media are delivered within 24–48 hours. Turnaround times may vary slightly for larger packages, but we always communicate timelines clearly so you can plan your listing launch with confidence.

Are the photos and videos MLS-compliant?

Yes. All photos and videos are delivered in MLS-ready formats and optimized for use across MLS, social media, websites, and marketing materials.

What happens if the property isn’t ready at the scheduled time?

If a property is not photo-ready upon arrival, we’ll do our best to proceed within the booked time. Additional time or return visits may require rescheduling or additional fees. We recommend ensuring the home is fully prepared prior to the session.

Do you offer same-day or rush delivery?

Rush delivery may be available depending on scheduling and workload. If you need expedited turnaround, please contact us before booking to confirm availability.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. We understand that real estate schedules change. We ask for reasonable notice when rescheduling to accommodate other clients. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Do I own the rights to the photos and videos?

Yes. You receive full usage rights for marketing the property, including MLS, websites, social media, and print marketing. Media may not be resold or transferred to third parties without permission.

Is drone photography legally compliant?

Yes. All drone services are operated by a licensed drone pilot and follow Transport Canada regulations. Safety and compliance are always a priority.

What if the weather is poor on the day of the shoot?

For exterior or drone sessions, weather conditions matter. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we’ll work with you to reschedule the affected portion of the shoot.
